This month we will have two virtual meetings:
The first meeting is Ostomy Toronto's Peer Support Meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 7:30pm
The second meeting takes place on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 7:30pm with personal trainer Jeff babister speaking on working out safely with an ostomy.
It's amazing how much the online retail market has changed so much in last few years. It's so easy to order my ostomy supplies from the comfort of my sofa and have quick home delivery - I truly never thought I would see something like this in my lifetime! I've previously mentioned that I have placed orders with one of Ostomy Toronto's advertisers, myostomy.ca, and I've had great experiences and will continue to shop with them. Now that we are coming into the colder months, remember that most of us ostomates also often have an imuno-deficiency, so please stay warm and take good care of yourself.
